Remote Service Submission Form General Information Please note that not all problems are suitable for a remote service session. If required we will recommend a standard appointment. We use the built in method to remotely control your machine, this requires Messages. Please make sure that you have Messages set up on your Mac prior to your session. If you do not have an Apple ID, and therefore can't set up Messages, please let us know by emailing info@airiam.co.uk and we will reply with instructions for setting up an alternative. Remote Sessions cost £35 per half hour. This payment will be taken prior to your appointment and will be paid by bank transfer. If during your session we need to extend the time we take payment for it over the phone. Please have a payment card ready in case this needs to happen. If the next half hour slot is unavailable then another appointment can be scheduled to finish the work.
